We offer two kinds of care. Home health brings a nurse or therapist for visits while you recover. Private duty puts a nurse in the home for a shift. Many patients use both.
Home health
Visits from nurses and therapists after a hospital stay or a change in condition, ordered by a physician.
Skilled nursing
RN and LPN visits for medication changes, new diagnoses and recovery after a hospital stay.
Physical therapy
Strength, balance and walking practice in your own hallway, on your own stairs.
Occupational therapy
Getting back to bathing, dressing and cooking, with the right equipment in the right place.
Speech-language pathology
Swallowing safety, speech and language recovery after stroke, and voice work for Parkinson's.
Wound care
Certified wound nurses for surgical wounds, pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers and wound vacs.
Infusion therapy
IV antibiotics, hydration and line care at home, coordinated with your infusion pharmacy.
Home health aide
Help with bathing and personal care during recovery, supervised by your nurse.
Private duty nursing
A nurse in the home for a shift of four to twenty-four hours, for adults and children with complex needs.
